LotSite is operated by RL Calculations LLC. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
When you use LotSite, we collect the street address you enter to look up parcel boundary data. We do not require account creation, and we do not collect your name, email, or payment information directly — payments are processed through PayPal.
Addresses are used solely to retrieve parcel boundary data from our data provider. We do not sell, share, or store addresses beyond what is needed to provide the service during your session.
We use Google Maps for satellite imagery, Realie API for parcel data, and PayPal for payment processing. Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We also use Vercel for hosting.
LotSite contains links to third-party retailer websites including Lowe's, Home Depot, and Amazon. When you click these links, you will be directed to external sites governed by those retailers' own privacy policies. LotSite does not collect personal information through affiliate links — any purchase data is handled entirely by the third-party retailer.
Our affiliate partners may use cookies or other tracking technologies to attribute purchases made through links on LotSite. These cookies are set by the third-party retailers and their affiliate networks, not by LotSite directly. We do not have access to or control over cookies set by third-party affiliate programs.
LotSite uses Vercel Analytics to collect anonymous usage data such as page views and general traffic patterns. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party ad trackers.
