LotSite is operated by RL Calculations LLC. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
When you use LotSite, we collect the street address you enter to look up property location data. We do not require account creation and we do not collect payment information. If you choose to subscribe to our email updates, we collect the email address you provide, along with the ZIP code, state, and lawn square footage from your session.
Addresses are used solely to locate properties on satellite imagery. We do not sell, share, or store addresses beyond what is needed to provide the service during your session. If you subscribe to our email updates, the ZIP code, state, and lawn square footage from that session are stored with your subscription so we can send regionally relevant content. The full street address is not stored.
We use Google Maps for satellite imagery and geocoding. We also use Vercel for hosting, Beehiiv for email delivery, Ezoic for advertising, and Google Ad Manager for ad serving. Each of these services has its own privacy policy.
LotSite contains links to third-party retailer websites including Amazon. When you click these links, you will be directed to external sites governed by those retailers' own privacy policies. LotSite does not collect personal information through affiliate links. Any purchase data is handled entirely by the third-party retailer.
Our affiliate partners may use cookies or other tracking technologies to attribute purchases made through links on LotSite. These cookies are set by the third-party retailers and their affiliate networks, not by LotSite directly. We do not have access to or control over cookies set by third-party affiliate programs.
LotSite uses Vercel Analytics to collect anonymous usage data such as page views and general traffic patterns. We also use Ezoic to manage advertising on this site. Ezoic and its advertising partners place cookies and similar technologies, and collect information including your IP address, device and browser details, and, where available, a hashed form of your email address. Details are in the Ezoic disclosure below.
This site uses a consent management platform to collect and record advertising preferences where required by law. If a consent dialog is shown to you, you can change your choices through it. Rejecting personalized advertising does not remove ads, but the ads you see will not be personalized. For questions about your data, contact us using the details below.
