LotSite is operated by RL Calculations LLC, a U.S. company. There is one way to reach us:
There is no support desk, so replies are not immediate. Expect an answer within a few business days; bug reports that stop the tool from working get looked at first.
Bugs and problems with the tool. If the map will not load, a measurement looks wrong, or something breaks on your phone, tell us the address you entered, the device and browser, and what you expected to see. A screenshot helps.
Questions about the numbers. Every area on LotSite comes from cells you painted or points you placed; the site does not look up lot sizes or property lines, so we cannot tell you what your recorded lot size is. We can explain how a figure was calculated, and the about page covers what the tool does and does not do. For recorded lot data, your county assessor or GIS office is the right place to ask.
Corrections. The city pages, calculators and guides carry figures we researched. If one is wrong or out of date, send the page and the correction and we will fix it.
Partnerships and advertising. The site is supported by advertising and by affiliate links, which are disclosed on the affiliate disclosure page. If you have a product or data source that fits, write with the details.
Privacy requests. Questions about what we collect, or a request to remove an email subscription, go to the same address. The privacy policy describes what is collected and why.
We are not surveyors and cannot say where a line falls between two properties; that takes a licensed surveyor. We also cannot answer permitting or real estate questions, and a question about a parcel record needs the county that holds it.
